Balcony Seats for NERDGASM at The Bathurst Street Theatre with Gavin Stephens Debra DiGiovanni & Nile Seguin
On December 11th 2009, NERDGASM Comedy invades the Bathurst Street Theatre.
Following the show we'll be having our NERDGASM after party at the theatre as well.
NERDGASM is a stand up comedy spectacular unlike any other in Canada in that it celebrates not only the icons of nerd culture, but also the nerd experience.
Gathering together some of Toronto's finest (and nerdiest) comedians for a night of esoteric, intellectual humour.
For a show this great, nothing less than a theatre would suffice.
Following the show we'll be having our NERDGASM After Party with The Nerd Girl Pinups and more. The after party runs from 10:00 until 1:00

The Bathurst Street Theatre is located at 736 Bathurst St, just south of Bloor, Honest Eds, and the Bathurst Street subway station.

Who is performing on the show?
***Debra DiGiovanni. 2009 was a busy year for Debra. In addition to her regular appearances on Much Musics Video On Trial, Debra won the 2009 Canadian Comedy Award for Best Female Stand Up, and followed that up with a Gemini Award for Best Comedy Performance, and last week was voted Torontos Favorite Comedian for the second straight year by the readers of NOW Magazine.
***Gavin Stephens will be our host for the debut edition of NERDGASM. Gavin has starred in all 5 seasons of CTVs Comedy Inc., as well as being one of only two performers to star in two stand up comedy specials in the 12 year history of CTVs Comedy Now. Earlier this year Gavin performed at Austins famed South by Southwest Festival alongside Margaret Cho, Janeane Garofalo and Andy Kindler

***Nile Seguin. Nile is an accomplished stage, film, radio, and television comedian. Nile has twice performed at Montreals Just For Laughs Festival, as well as The Boston Comedy Festival, The Winnipeg Comedy Festival and Victoria Fringe Festival. Hes written for CBCs This Hour Has 22 Minutes, and in 2009 was nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award for his one man show Fear of a Black Planet

Seating on the balcony is general admission so you'll be able to sit with your friends even if you buy tickets at different times.
